My Excavation

I was married to an incredible artist (painter/sculptor) turned film maker/screen writer, turned singer/songwriter, turned actor – Victor Ballesteros, who continues to excel at all he does including breaking records as a runner. We were partners for 13 years (married for 9) Our marriage ended a few years ago, but he will always be a dear friend and a hero.

I have spent the last few years examining my life, excavating the meaning of love, identity and attachment, health and the body, spirit and the world, politics and change. Living the questions. I read books on love from the point of view of science, philosophy, psychology, neurology, anthropology and spirituality. Now having just gone through all my boxes in storage – which contained keepsakes, photos, journals, art, school papers and compositions spanning from nursery through high school—I realize I’ve been on the same journey from the beginning. My passion and fascination resides in: LOVE, HUMAN CONNECTION, LANGUAGE, PSYCHOLOGY, SCIENCE, TRAVEL, NATURE & WORLD PEACE.
